Ibiza: My Happy Place🏝️ - The Walk in Wardrobe

Ibiza: My Happy Place🏝️

Hope you all had an amazing weekend! I didn’t quite anticipate how many people would be interested in my Ibiza tips!🏝️
Ibiza is our happy place.💕 My husband and I mini mooned there last year and for me it’s a place we return to year after year and is the one place on earth that I would move to, it’s our home from home! It’s the place that you can have any kind of holiday you want, it has a bit of everything! You can party as hard as you want in the gorgeous beach clubs or relax and unwind at the beautiful little coves and chill beach restaurants
Ibiza makes me extremely happy. I cant even describe it – its as if the moment I step off the plane I feel totally chilled. I don’t know what it is but ever since I went to Ibiza for the first time I felt this pull to the island.
When to go?
We love it both on and off season but our favourite time to go is June or September as coming into mid July/August it becomes EXTREMELY hot. ☀️
September if you want to avoid the crowds and have cooler weather!
There’s nothing better than having an evening walk after a beautiful dinner with the slightest cool breeze hitting your shoulders!
Where to stay?
In terms of location I would definitely recommend the Santa Eulalia area or somewhere near Ibiza old town.
I would recommend staying in Sol Beach House Ibiza in Santa Eulalia, its a beautiful hotel and the breakfast is amazing ….. oh and it has the most beautiful roof top bar and pool. We have stayed there on every trip and on our most recent trip to ibiza just last week!
If you prefer something really chilled  there are so many beautiful villas throughout the island and if you think you will stay mostly in your own villa then you can get one in the beautiful North of the island.
We personally love to go out for lunches and dinners and therefore we always try to stay quite close to the areas I mentioned above ad the choice is endless.
Where to eat?
For restaurants I would recommend:
Amante Beach Club- we chose this really special place for our Wedding Anniversary this year
Nikki Beach Club which is beautiful for lunch, the food is gorgeous complemented beautifully with the lively music and atmosphere.
Aiyanna

Chiringuito Blue
Babylon Beach  - just minutes from the Hotel set on the most beautiful little cove
Pura Vida  - a gorgeous beach restaurant on the prettiest little cove - a 15 minute walk from the hotel along the most stunning coastal path

El Bigotes is one of the most picturesque, original and unforgettable little restaurant on the island it is a tiny little family owned shack like restaurant which has amazing fresh seafood - you will need a car or scooter to get to it!

For restaurants in Ibiza Old Town I would recommend:

El Cappuccino

La Olivia

What beaches to go to?
Walking straight out of the hotel there are so many beautiful little coves you can walk to with there own beautiful beach restaurants- Cala Pada and Playa Niu Blau.
Where to shop?
Ibiza Old Town is just 15 minutes away from Santa Eulalia, which has my all time favourites Zara and Mango as well as the most beautiful boutiques that you can pick up the most unique and gorgeous pieces.
Zara is so much better on holidays, don’t you agree? 💕

What else can you do?
There are lots of other things you can do in Ibiza – its not just about beach clubs and shopping! You can also hire bikes and scooters and see the scenes of the beautiful island.
What to pack for ibiza?
Take Wedges and sandals- I live in wedges when I am on holiday especially in the evening. All you really need is one or two pairs of sandals and one pair of wedges, I picked up a rose gold pair from ASOS this year which was so versatile with every outfit.
Don’t be afraid of a bit of sparkle.
Take a beach bag- Vital to your holiday, it is so useful as you can throw EVERYTHING in there.
Pack swimwear- I personally love ASOS, H&M and Zara for my bikinis.
A few beach cover ups and day dresses.
Take Accessories.- A hat with a phrase on it is a must these days and a clutch for the evenings.
Don’t forget your denims.
Statement Earrings- do not take your most expensive jewellery on holidays instead buy some fun statement outfits and you can mix and match with different holidays.

White Outfits- I love white on holidays it really makes your tan pop.
A bright coloured lipstick- I picked up Mac Mangrove which is a bright coral in the airport this year on the way to Ibiza!
A light cardigan for the evenings.
Sunglasses- Quay Australia of-course!
