Position: Social Media Marketing Executive
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career in a fast-paced and supportive setting.
Please note*: This role follows a standard full-time schedule in terms of total weekly hours, but due to the nature of the role hours will be spread across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. While it won’t follow a traditional structure, overall hours will be in line with a typical full-time role.
Responsibilities:

Content creation - helping produce content for various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Drafting, scheduling and posting social media posts across platforms

Monitoring engagement metrics highlighting insights and areas of improvement

Keeping up with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging

Communicate with followers across platforms, including responding to queries, questions and DMs

Supporting content creation efforts, such as creating email graphics and designing social media assets

Manage organic social collaborations and influencer requests

Represent the WIW brand in all written content. You'll maintain our tone of voice across channels and create messages that engage, inspire and resonate with our customers

Working as part of the team to plan, implement and attend company/influencer events
- Assist in other areas of marketing to support the wider team
Skills:
You are self-motivated and highly organised with the below skills:
Communication - Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail to effectively interact with audiences.
Social Media Channels - Experience with various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), their specific features, and best practices.
Time Management - Effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, especially when managing multiple social media accounts.
Creative Skills - Experience with Canva or similar and video editing tools to produce engaging content.
Time Management - You love fashion and have a keen awareness of current trends, enabling you to inspire both customers and colleagues alike.
Flexible - Flexibility around hours and days depending on launches, stock, social media requirements and business needs.
Previous experience - previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
