Please allow an extra few days for orders to arrive with you over bank holiday periods.

In most cases, outside of the UK & EU, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

The Walk In Wardrobe has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS to come and collect your parcel. Please do not make the journey to our store until you have received confirmation that your parcel is ready. Click and Collects are normally ready to collect during opening hours only: Thursday, 9am - 7pm and Friday & Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Due to Brexit, there are some changes in regards to how goods are shipped throughout the UK, Ireland and across the European Union. The Walk In Wardrobe is based in Northern Ireland.  

The Northern Ireland Protocol means that we are able to send items throughout the UK, Ireland and to other EU regions without the need for declarations or customs charges.
